Daily supplement packs

Understand what a daily supplement pack adds, when the convenience may help, and how to avoid taking more than you need.

Regular meals remain important even when supplements are part of your routine.

What it does

A supplement pack groups several products into one routine. It may combine a multivitamin, minerals, fish oil and plant extracts. The packet makes them easier to organize; it does not establish that you need every ingredient.

When it may help

A pack may be convenient when you already have a reason to take its individual ingredients and the combined amounts fit your needs.

What to keep in mind

A larger selection is not automatically better. A simpler supplement may address your needs with fewer overlapping ingredients. Plant concentrates do not replace meals or the fiber in whole foods.

How this relates to energy

Low intake of some nutrients can contribute to tiredness. Correcting a deficiency can help related symptoms, but a general pack may not provide the treatment a diagnosed deficiency requires.

There is no established reason to expect a combination pack to improve energy more than meeting your actual nutrient needs. Persistent or unexplained tiredness deserves a medical assessment.

What to look for

A reason for each ingredient

Review what you eat and what you already take before choosing a pack.

The total daily amount

Check both morning and evening packets together. Do not assume the amount in a standalone bottle is the amount in the pack.

A manageable routine

Read how many tablets or capsules are in each packet and when they are taken.

Independent quality testing

Look for independent quality testing, such as NSF or USP verification. It checks aspects of product quality, not whether you will benefit.

What plant concentrates can and cannot do

Plant extracts can provide phytonutrients, naturally occurring compounds in plants. Their presence does not make a pack nutritionally equivalent to fruits and vegetables or prove an energy benefit.

Before taking it

  • Have a clinician or pharmacist review the complete pack if you use prescription medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.

  • Avoid adding a separate multivitamin or repeating a product already in the pack without checking totals.

Nutriliteβ„’ Perfect Pack

Daily supplement packets

60 packets: 30 A.M. and 30 P.M. Β· 30-day supply
Item 123377

What it contains

  • Double X Multivitamin, Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables, Advanced Omega and Vitamin D.
  • Plant concentrates do not replace the fiber and full nutritional value of fruits and vegetables.

Where this product fits

Perfect Pack may simplify a routine that already calls for these nutrients. Its role is convenience and nutrient intake; the complete pack has not been established as a treatment for low energy.

How it is taken

Label directions: take the A.M. packet with a morning meal and the P.M. packet with an evening meal.

Before ordering

  • Contains fish and soy ingredients.
  • Already includes Double X, Advanced Omega and Vitamin D. Review your other supplements before adding any of these separately.
  • Ask your clinician or pharmacist before use if you take medicines, have a medical condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. This is especially important with blood thinners, including warfarin.
